Hello

I started using photoshop 7.0 a few days ago but I can't get the hang off it.
Has anyone got any tips or pointers for a newbie?
The most I've been able to do is mess about with the filters and the lasso tool a little croping and some resizing, my siggy was my first atempt (Which adds adding text to the list of stuff I can do XD)

Other than that I haven't a clue

I'm no expert by any means, but I learnt by finding tutorials to do certain things (try good-tutorials.com if it's still going) and just gradually adding all these new learnt skills to my repertoire

make sure you get before and afters, and say what you've done. And be sutblte in what you're doing, it's very easy to think that you need to do a great amount to a photo to get your photoshopping noticed. The best images are the ones that don't seem edited.
