Help Needed Regarding Security,

When I bought this Laptop from Dell it came with Norton.The other day it told me it was expiring in a day so I went into Programmes and deleated it.I have since tried to download AVG on here 6 times and each time it tells me it cant go any further until I get rid of Norton (or words to that effect) and I feel like screaming....BUT ITS NOT HERE ANYMORE FFS!!!:mad
Ive checked and rechecked and nope its not here so what the hell do I do now as now Ive no security on here and I cant get rid of a programme that is no longer on here.

Also forget AVG, it's so cursed these days it's unreal. Get Avira.

Yes babe I did uninstall it and is no longer in my Programmes.I will now go and check out Avira and thanks

Thankyou so much for the above link which I will go to now.I started to install Avira but couldnt until I got a scan and then I had to ok an agreement where I saw about a fee being paid...then I panicked as I hadn't a clue what I was doing so I came out.....good aint I.Anyway will go and have a chat with Dave Taylor and wonder if its the same one I used to deal with in business....doubt it lol....thanks again love.

That's what I have to use at work to fully get rid of bloody norton.

Norton is the shittest peice of software out there, it makes my job so much more difficult than it needs to be.

No I havent downloaded that....just was sorting out ccleaner as thats recommended also and got rid of nearly 400 MB fgs.I will now look at that link you give here and thanks so much!Bloody Norton!!!!:banned5:
