What is healthy for your body might not be healthy for others. You need to find out what your body actually needs. But generally speaking nuts and seeds are good.

My go-to healthy snack is nuts, but I make sure not to overeat them, as eating anything in excess can be harmful to my health and well-being, especially since I have a chronic illness. I have a favorite store that sells affordable nuts, and I often buy them when I'm out.
