I try to eat balanced meals with plenty of veggies and proteins. My favorite healthy snack is mixed nuts with dried fruit, nutritious and tasty. I balance nutrition and taste by experimenting with herbs and spices to make healthy food flavorful without extra calories.

I believe i have healthy eating habits. This is because i barely take junks and sodas. Most of my meals are home cooked and i try to eat a lot of vegetables as much as possible.
