Therapy helps, but so can everyday pleasures. What tiny rituals, morning coffee, quiet walks, favorite playlists, etc., restore your peace? Have you learned to recognize when small moments become your healing spaces?
many years ago I was walking through the street and came across a little roadside garden maintained by car company Toyota. There was a slogan "little things we do." The line hit me so hard, I suddenly understood, we don't need big things in live to become happy, even a small thing can give us pleasure.
I rely on quiet morning walks, a good cup of coffee, and my favorite playlists to reset. Over time, I’ve learned to notice when these small rituals lift my mood or calm my mind, turning ordinary moments into meaningful pauses for self-care.
Well, I am starting to become a workaholic person. Many people would avoid work. However, I really like to work but only if work is related to my field. So, being a workaholic is a part of my life and it brings me joy.
