Save your money and stay away from Monster Cables. The cheaper ones work just fine and I'm speaking from experience.

I agree that HDMI cables are good enough. Bestbuy tried to sell me Monster cables and I bought them took them home and noticed no difference. Needless to say I brought them back and saved a lot of money.

I think mine are 36" or 48" and I bought them at Best Buy for about 20 bucks a crack.

I'm assuming you are talking about inches when you say 35?
Seriously go through Newegg.com I got a 6 foot HDMI for $9 and it works just as great as Monster cables would. I learned my lesson a few years back when I invested $100 in cabling that I normally would have spent 1/2 that if I didn't just want a name brand cable. UGH

You can get 6' HDMI cables on amazon for $.96 you heard that right, 96 cents. Since HDMI is a digital signal, you don't lose signal strength. Either the 1's and 0's come through or they don't. They will work just as good as a monster cable costing $100

Here is a HDMI cable that's 50' for $12 http://www.amazon.com/HDMI-Cable-50...26OXTS75D4QVI&s=generic&qid=1269483334&sr=1-8

Now you do have to be careful with HDMI cables that are too long. Just like CAT5 cables, there is a limit. Especially if you have any type of return signal. The delay may be too great and you might end up with errors or malfunctions.
