Honestly I had to ask. Maybe you were once inactive and found yourself motivated to do something physical. Inspirational stories can go a long way in making a difference in other peoples lives. It's really fun and it really doesn't need much time or commitment. 5 minutes a day can make a HUGE difference in ones health.

Most of the people who exercise get to do it because they don't get the chance to be physically active during the day [owing to work obligations -working in some office from 9-5:00] but for someone like me who has to do rounds walking around the farm, and doing a few other physically demanding jobs, I don't need to exercise because I burn enough calories during the day.

I prioritise it so i exercise around 3 times a week, 2 is the minimum. Now that it is winter i exercise indoors which limits the amount of cardio i do. Now i just do weights but will hopefully expand to jogging and skipping when things get warmer.

I always do indoor exercises doing the "Zumba" dance every other day and it really makes me perspire a lot and it is a great feeling after that activity. Then during weekends me and my husband always do hiking in the mountain because it is his hobby and now me too since we got married. These are my forms of exercises but now since it is winter already maybe we will go hiking seldom already..

For me, I exercise because it will make me fit. In this case though, the worst enemy to exercising is the season. Lately, I haven't had the desire to exercise of late due to the Christmas season, and hopefully I'll be able to get rid of the vacation blues by next year when the year 2014 starts.

Yes, I do exercise regularly. When I get out of bed, I do some stretching exercise while watching TV. I also do a morning walk every day.

I try to exercise two to three times a week. It is better for my overall health and well-being. Sometimes, I only do basic exercises, but I believe it is still better than nothing. Hehe

I have always prioritized exercising. It has really helped me to stay healthy even when I am a heavy eater. I play football at least twice every week as a form of exercise. I rarely fall sick too.
