Claim denial is one of the most frustrating experiences insurance policyholders face. There are a couple of reasons for this, the most important one is people do not know what is covered and what is not. This happens because they usually skip reading the fine print. Thankfully, I have never had a claim denied. That’s because I research insurance companies before buying and I read the full policy, including exclusions. I always ask questions and clarify coverage limits and keep records and evidence in case a claim is necessary. You should never skip the documentation process or ignore pre-existing conditions clauses.
