I think tech is becoming more accessible today then it was in the past. Thanks to the Chinese who are manufacturing or developing tech that is affordable.

Tech progress tends to be unequal at first because resources, infrastructure, and education are unevenly distributed. However, with intentional policies, affordable access, and inclusive initiatives, technology can bridge gaps in education, healthcare, and economic opportunity, helping reduce rather than widen societal divides.
