It's hard and it's rare that anyone plays it in the US. Unless you go to a pool house .. you won't find a table to play on.

I didn't know there was a difference between snooker and pool, I thought it was like a lot of different words, where 2 different places call it 2 different names..

Ronnie "the rocket" O'Sullivan, 2 times world champion and Steve "interesting" Davis, 6 times world champion. Ronnie also put in the fastest maximum 147 break in competitive snooker, I watched it live on telly, he didn't even stop when he dropped his chalk, 5mins 20 secs.:clap

My highest break is 57, my Father has a break of 104... Oh how I hate him... Though I haven't played now for about 4 years, and was never really any good at it, used luck instead of skill...

I recently saw Ding, at an exhibition game... show off, he was.

Snooker tables are HUGE and you play with yellow balls , or at least they are here. They aren't marked like regular pol balls either.

Much different game.

Correction. ONE yellow ball, along with 15 reds, a green, a brown, a blue, a pink and a black.;)

Know what you mean about the size. I used to go out up the snooker club every Friday. We would have two or three hours playing snooker and then finish up with a few games on the pool tables. After playing on the big snooker tables you play much better on the pool tables because they seem so tiny after that!:D
