I was checking this out on IMDB, and I guess they've already started filming. Not a big suprise. But here's a suprise:

They're making Part I and Part II. Part I is due next year, and Part II is coming out in 2011. I don't like that, because it seems that it's not taking long enough to make the finale movie, which should be the best. If that makes any sense

Gosh that seems like such a long way away, BUT i remember when the last on came out and everyone was raving about how long away the next one was, and yanno, its flown by!

2011 will be here before you know it!

the last book was the longest and i think if there was one book you would choose to do right and not cut short it would be the last one. but yes they need to show them closer together

i wish a local theater would show all the movies one week after another so i can see them all at once and actually be into the series

My understanding was they choose to do it in 2 parts, because there was too much they did not want to have to leave out, which I think is cool, it is the last of the series, it would be nice to have them tie it all together.

Just saw it. The middle when they are camping is pretty slow and it has been critiqued as such. I agree, however it is coming from the book. Regarding the slow part it was better reading it than watching it on the big screen. I also think that reading the escape from Potter's house when they were all poly juiced up to look like Potter was better reading than portrayed in the movie. I'd of rather had a 4 hr movie and just have gotten it done.

What was good was the director said that he wouldn't do the movie unless he could include everything in the movie and that impressed me. But I need to see this movie.
