I think I told you guys about going to court last week because the old neighbor lady accused my dogs of chewing up her french drain pipe and that the judge is making us pay $1600 because he believes out dogs did it all because they are pit bulls.
Anyways, this past Thurs I went to take Cheyenne out to pee cause she is an inside dog (has been for a couple yrs). Anyways, Dora the neighbor comes out of her house and starts snapping pictures of Cheyenne while she is peeing. Im like WTF!? Then she runs back in her house. Next thing I know, there is a sheriff in my driveway. He said she has pictures of Cheyenne and is saying that is her yard she is peeing in and that Cheyenne lunged towards her growling. That is the BIGGEST bunch of BS I have ever heard! First of all, it was not her yard and second of all, Cheyenne never once growled or even looked at her or lunged towards her at all! And even if Cheyenne did pee in her yard (which she did not) it is not against the law for an animal to pee in my yard, your yard, or her yard. But the sheriff wrote a ticket for viscous animal all because she said that Cheyenne lunged towards her growling. I am sooo pissed because she is lieing thru her teeth. So we have to go back to court again May 8th. But this bitch is going down! The sheriff was VERY nice and he said when we go to court that we need to put a restraining order on her and file for harrassement. Im going Mon morning to the sheriffs dept and requesting a call log of all the times she has called the sheriff on us for petty stupid shit that she is using the police as a tool to harrass us and then Im going to file for criminal mischeof when she cut down our mailbox. And then hopefully the judge wont side with her when we go back to court (cause I got 2 witnesses that were hear) and find us innocent and then Im gonna charge her with court costs, paid time off.
Ok now that I told you all that......listen to what just happened just a few min ago!!! My husband and 2 of his real good friends are outside in OUR yard riding 4 wheelers when she comes out on her porch snapping pictures of them! For what reason, I have NO clue! Im sure the sheriff will be showing up here soon cause Im sure she called them again. But thats alright cause that will be another mark on that call log that I am requesting tomorrow morning for all the times she has called the police for no apparent reason for harrassement.

what fucking old bitch!! when you go to court, get your lawyer to see the pics the old bat took and if she doesnt have them, sounds like case closed cause then it wouldnt be proof. id take pics of your back yard with the 4-wheeler tracks to prove you all were riding in your yard. take them at various locations. also take pics of her back yard that way your lawyer can compare your yard vs her yard in proving that the w-wheelers were ridin in your yard.

Im not saying anyhting about your dogs cause I know that pits can be eextremely nice but they have a history of being mean dogs. If any one acuses a pit of doing something a judge is normaly gonna go against the dog. If someone acuses a pit of bighting some one the dog is more than likely gonna be found guilts. On the other hand if a golden retriever is acused of bighting someone the judge is more than likely to side with the dog.

Now this lady realy sounds like a pain in the ass. Nothing worse than having bad neighbors cause what are ya gonna do about it, move. really sucks

But all the pics she took should show that there were pics of things happening ON YOUR YARD! A judge should throw her out of the court right away, maybe even put in an order that she be psychologically evaluated.

Obviously she has a permanent grudge against you guys that will never go away until she moves away or dies.

You might want to rent some surviellance equipment. Install it somewhere outside your house that she can't see .. make sure it shows your yard and her door that faces your property, so that when you and your animals come out .. all parties are visable at all times. Put it up at night or when she isn't there .. that way she will put on a show for everyone when you go to court and present it to a judge.

I would also spray paint a line just inside your property line (don't spray it "on" the line so she has nothing to complain about that too) .. that way if she snaps anymore pictures .. it will clearly show that you were in your own yard.

If you can't do that, then I would go out on the opposite side of my yard, where she can't see you.

I would also have my dog temperment tested by a local vet clinic. If you have an ASPCA around you .. that would work perfect. If you can get her certified as an "un-vicious" animal .. her words won't hold much water in court. If you go to the ASPCA they may not even charge you. If you don't have an ASPCA any animal shelter should be able to help you (since they are required to temperment test animals befor re-homing), or lead you in the right direction.

hahhaha...this isnt the right thing to do...but if you really wanna fuck with her...find out when she isnt home or when she's asleep...get some latex gloves...and some dog shit..and spread dog shit underneath ALL handles...car door, house doors, water spicket...make sure its hot and fresh too! lolol. What a fucking bitch, I would make it my business to make her life as miserable as possible, she's trying to run you off, and when someone is acting like that the only thing that will satisfy them is if you leave...so if she wants to play dirty, play dirty back with her, just be smart about it!

A friend mentioned that just yesterday! lol I so want to retaliate (however you spell that) but I figured Im gonna let her be the one to make a fool of herself and Im gonna for once (hahaha) be the mature one and watch her ass go down!!

I just got back from the sheriifs dept and I filed an harrassement charge against her and on May 18th I have to go talk to a prosecuter about a no-contact order. I believe the sheriff mentioned something about after all this goes thru that a sheriff will come out here to her house and issue her a ticket and arrest her.LMAO!!

A temperment test is basically this:

They will take your dog (away from you .. you won't be in the room when they are doing the test) and see how she reacts to strangers.

They will try to pet her, hug her, and play with her.

They will sometimes open unbrellas, present a person dressed in flambouyant clothing (large hats, oversized shirts, rain jackets, ect), and a person who seems handicapped (limping, using a cane, ect), and they will also talk loudly and shout in the dogs presence .. all to see how the dog reacts to odd/out of the norm things coming towards them or around them.

They will also do a food test.

The 1st part of the test consists of placing food in a bowl, let the dog begin to eat, then stick a rubber hand on a stick (instead of their own) into the bowl and see if the dog reacts in a defensive manner).

The 2nd part is using a pig ear or chewy bone, letting them have it, then trying to reach down with the same rubber hand and take it away.

They will also introduce a cat in a cage (to keep it safe) and another dog into the room to see how they react to them as well.

Sometimes (not always) they will use a life size child doll to represent a child and see how the dog reacts to something of that size.

This is pretty much a standard test that most (if not all, suposed to be all) animal shelters perform on each dog that comes in .. that way they know if they are safe to place in a home with children/pets.
So they don't get sued for placing a dangerous animal in someone's home; because without the test they can't say for sure if they will be "safe". This is how they know to tell you if they are other pet/child/cat tolerant on their paperwork.
