Capitalism promises success through knowledge, skills, and effort. But does everyone really have equal opportunities? Are barriers like wealth gaps, education access, and corporate dominance limiting true economic freedom?

In capitalism, hard work is often seen as the key to success, and sometimes it really pays off, I’ve felt that grind. But let’s be real: success also depends on access, connections, and luck. Some people work endlessly and still struggle, while others catch a break early. Hard work matters, but it’s not the whole story.

Capitalism does reward effort but being open to job changes is the quickest way to advance compensation wise. I worked hard my entire career and I found the more I did the more that was expected.
