Hand Painted Star Wars art

I decided to make some custom art for Michael's room seeing as we decided to give him a big boy themed room.

This is all in progress, need to let it dry before adding more depth, color, and details.

It'll take me a few weeks.

:24: I'm trying to stay motivated to finish these.... I'm horrible at finishing my art. i'm never fully happy with it; I'm trying to keep these cartoony, so I'm more likely to finish them.

Hey that's a great idea my dad did little mermaid stencils for my sister when we were little, I think some family art is more special than just a poster.

I need to do some for Amara's room too, the one we made together was on cheap poster board and got crumpled and slightly torn. I got a bunch of baby snoopy ones i did for her baby room, trying to figure out what to do with them...

I think they look fantastic. I wouldnt add too much more detail to them. I love the abstract look they have.

I thought about an actual wall mural, or on the back of the door... but we don't plan on staying for long... and I'd hate to have to cover it up... would be hard to sell with a personalized wall.

Really? Hmm I plan on tinkering a little bit, mainly Darth, the DS, and figther to get the shading/colors right, blurry background. I don't plan on doing lifelike.

Day two of painting, did some detail & began backgrounds.... I plan on doing more with Darth's... just unsure how I want it.
