Yep, I'm the first one to post my Valentines thread.

I almost forgot about it, actually, and I don't know how well it's going to go w/ the site traffic being so slow this year...but I figured what the hell. If nothing else, we shouldn't have the drama that we did last year..........maybe.

Maybe "drama" isn't the right word. I just remember some members wanting there to be a cap put on the bidding amount so that admins couldn't swoop in and win everybody (which wasn't even our plans), but it wasn't brought up until the auctions were in full swing.

I just remember V wasn't on much at that time and Darrell got fed up enough that he was going to withdraw all his bids and I got fed up enough that I wasn't going to participate this year.

BUT that was also a really crappy time of year for me, I know, so maybe I was just being overly sensitive, LOL

the admins will get top bids on just about anyone that puts themselves up, well maybe most everyone that tried to auction themselves. A better idea would be to have the admins/staff auction themselves off to the regular population but many of the usual posters are staff so that would be kinda boring.

There's only one admin now, LOL And I only bought 1 person last year. Darrell bought 2 and then bought a 3rd off of someone else. V didn't buy anybody. Hey, you stop causing trouble, Este!!!!!!!!

if I don't end up chopped liver and a female buys me she will get some good pics.
I plan on doing so photography this weekend
