We have a deaf (or politically correctly called hearing impaired) employee. She's not a great employee for other reasons, but okay, have had her for four years. Okay, so Central office today asks her supervisor to justify why she hasn't taken hearings in all that time?:eek
You understand, one has to hear a hearing, type what is said by hearing it. A deaf employee, they have a slight disadvantage there don't ya think?
The gvmt provides this gal with an interpreter once a week, you tax payers pay for it. She has a video phone. She has many fine accommodations.......has had for four years but suddenly, why is she not taking hearings?
