not the greatest of pictures i know,but any chance of an identification?..especially on the second one.

there was a show at the local airport earlier,now i caught a few planes flying out because i was at work this morning and couln't get the day off.....mind you it was shitty conditions to take pictures of planes in,horrible low grey cloud with really killed any light and a slight drizzle..so i just had to click and hope:D

Holy snappin' arseholes Margaret I've never seen them before but I'll work on 'em. Can you give me the tail numbers by chance? I know the first one will be a WW2 era transport and the second will be a trainer 70'ish era

I'm pretty sure the second one is a " Jet Provost T Mk 1/2 used between 1955 - 1958 " which surprises me cuz it looks a lot more advanced that a 50's era plane. Normally they had fuel tanks on the wing tips but in your shot they have been removed.
