personally i'd ban the sale of fireworks to the general public and encourage organised displays like this

fireworks going off every day for a month is bad news.....its scares pets,terrifies wildlife......and kids injure themselves

but the government wont do it though....to much lost revenue

Yeah! Harlow sounds like a bad day in Baghdad for a month either side of bonfire night. They may have put the age limit up to 18, banned bangers and airbombs plus tightened other laws but it still isn't really enough. I have to admit it's been a bit better this year compared to other years though.
