I'm actually doing that right now!

I'm back and forth on the casserole. Sometimes I like it, sometimes I don't. Mostly 'cause I'm not a fan of mushrooms. Blech

what gets me is how people are surprised to know that i make it year around. its not just a holiday dish! is always a side dish for something here!

my aunt is one of them! she puts too much butter in it! instead of cutting a stick of butter in half or taking the 1/4 measuring cup and scooping out that much from the tub, she just takes the BIG spoon and scoops out a big ass glob. its definitely not 'the cheesiest' :thumbdown

My mom is a good cook, but SOMEHOW, SOME WAY, she ALWAYS manages to fuck up Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. EVERY TIME. WITHOUT FAIL. There are always big hard chunks of cheese powder just sitting in there that never got mixed in, it's disgusting.
