He placed 3rd! Or was he in 1st? I think it was 3rd. It may not be 1st, but he still makes it to the championship! =D

Forget Nascar! MX rocks so much more!

Nascar, NASCAR, same difference. MX kicks Nascar's ass. You don't see the Nascar drivers lifting 200, 300, 400 pound machines in the air while they race, do you? MX is so much better!

They're too busy going 180 miles per hour to worry about something like that.

Exactly my point :) While the Nascar kiddies are driving in circles for 200+ laps, wrecking every now and then, MX racers are lifting 200-400 pound machines, pulling tricks left and right, the wrecks are more exciting, the tracks are more unique, etc. Any fool can race Nascar, but it takes a real athlete to do MX, to be able to control a bike like that, and I know it from personal experience. As soon as Nascar starts doing cool tricks and jumping shit, lemme know ;)

Have you even ever watch a NASCAR race? Or seen any of their wreaks?

Nah, I can't watch more than 5 minutes without getting bored :rofl2:I can't sit through over 200 laps of the same old bullshit, the same annoying announcer, etc. At least with MX, you also don't run as big of a risk of dying. You still get decent wrecks, and you don't get trapped in a wrecked car.

Nascar < MX

The alligator's mouth opens towards the better thing you are comparing. So thanks for agreeing with me.

Ah, minor mistake. It still doesn't take away from the fact that MX is much more difficult than, and much more entertaining to watch than Nascar.

In fact, I have the urge to buy these shirts-

The second one is so true :D

Riding on a gnarly track, having to control a 200-400 pound machine between your two legs, in heavy dirtbike gear, sweating in the heat, no air conditioning as well, and having a pretty decent chance of being run over if you call off the bike, the possibility of falling off the bike from pretty good hights and getting seriously injured or dying. I'll take the car.

Scratch that, I'll still take the bike, because they're better :D

You know, I'm not a NASCAR fan in the slightest, but there is something to be said about running 200 mph bumper to bumper. I don't care if it looks easy, but dude didn't you just get your license? You can barely drive a normal street car and don't have that much experience in the first place.

Give credit where it's due. Any racecar driver whether it be nascar, indy 500, rally racing, track racing, or autocrossing takes skill and carries it's inherent dangers.

Sure NASCAR bores me, but so does MX... yay some guys jumping dirt bikes. *yawn*

Should I go into how much the SAW movies bore me, yet you dedicate quite a bit of your time to these fictional movies?

Show a little respect for others hobbies and forms of entertainment. Then perhaps we might actually care about your precious SAW movies and MX.

I don't care if you wanna dislike MX or SAW, go for it. I was just saying it takes more dedication to do MX than Nascar. And no, I'm getting my license in January. I've had my permit for a year, and I've been driving cars and 4-wheelers since before I got my permit. Of course it takes skill to drive cars at 200 MPH bumper to bumper, but I just happen to think that it takes more skill to hold a 200-400 pound machine in between your legs as you race. I've done it, it's not as easy as it seems.

Which leads me to believe you don't know what you're talking about. Every sport takes dedication. MX isn't better because it takes 'more'.

Nobody said MX was easy. But don't go off on a tangent bashing other sports.

All I said was that I think MX is better. She's the one that took it a step further.
