This is a sticky situation for 17-year-old Allen Gann and it's not his first run in with the law.
“Since he wasn't minding me, he's not allowed to play that game no more,” Allen Gann’s grandmother wasn’t backing down.
Saturday is when Georgia Gann told her 17-year-old grandson Allen that he was grounded from his Play Station. Georgia says come Sunday morning, Allen started cursing and fighting. “He said, 'What did you do that for?' I said because I told you not to be cursing in this house. I don't know how many times I have to keep telling you. And so that's when he grabbed a hold of my neck and started choking me,” she explains.
