Graduation in jeopardy?

yes, well it seems that school has said that I did not get credit for one of my classes from last semester. I see the class on my transcript and up until two weeks ago graduation was all systems go. now it seems like they are convinced that the class was not credited. I see it on my transcript and have emailed my adviser, my fuse is rather short and I do not understand the meaning of pulling this rug from underneath me....

PJ, just stay on top of them with it. Be civil, but firm about wanting a resolution. I'm not sure what they are saying the reasoning is, but if you actually completed the course in good standing, then throw around the fact that you paid money for that course. Consider even having the professor provide a statement if possible. The important thing is to try and stay calm for now, and just keep pressing them for a resolution. I'd say to make a daily phone call to the administrative office until it's resolved, since graduation time is quickly approaching.

Things like this are seldom resolved with just a phone call. You may have to visit the records department and ask to see what they show for your courses. good luck.

***Update: emailed both my professor of the class and my advisor and one said the grade was submitted and that he would contact the registars office. So it is on good grounding that this matter will be cleared up. Now, the waiting game....ugh!****
