Got zapped this morning

After 5 years the damn pacemaker went off. Got my attention for sure. Ran a test on it with my portable scanner and called the doc's office. They read the scan and said yes it went off for a too fast heart rate but the doc is tied up doing cath procedures and he will call me when he can. That was about 2pm and no word yet. I was reaching to put my sneakers on and I heard the crack and saw an arc although that may have just been the optic nerves getting zapped. Was not near as bad as when they hit me all those times in the hospital and nobody was beating on me either. Just waiting patiently......NOT.:mad

Heck I felt fine before and after it went off. Wife was out in the greenhouses when I hollered for her to get back NOW. I had just made breakfast. Then you sit around wondering if it is going to go off again. I checked my BP and my INR and both are fine. I am just the pin cushion for the blood suckers.

Well the doctor would probably say "Stay Clam" but that would just push up the BP.. So relax.. Yah yah I know easier said than done, but what can you do..

I have never had a BP problem. The meter is a good quick check and it gives the pulse also. I will find out what the parameters are set for the tachy shocker. No clue why it would have been high enough to set it off.

Till they dispatch and get here the wife can have me halfway there. It is 52 miles one way from here to the hospital in Elmira. Probably ain't a damn thing they will do except put me back on the nasty drug that you need all kinds of extra tests for the side effects. I ain't that worried about it.
