Gateway nv5378u, $499 at Best Buy. It isn't anything all that amazing, but it's a solid piece of equipment, especially for the price.
AMD Athlon II X2 Dual-Core Processor M300
Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
4GB DDR2
500GB HDD
15.6" LED
Radeon HD 4200 (onboard)
It's a bit heavier and larger than I had originally planned on going with, but it should suit my needs very well. I just need something that I can take to work with me so I can test things, have a laptop for traveling, and be able to take it over to my parents house when I'm over there. Oh, and so I can post from the bathroom, that's a definite bonus

I don't plan on doing much gaming on it, though I'll probably install WoW on it (of course), along with some older (and thusly less graphics intensive) games. I just wish I had bought it earlier so I could've taken it to the damn World Ag Expo with me so I wouldn't have been bored out of my fucking mind all day long.
