When I saw that release I couldn't help but wonder how long before Apple bans the application from iOS..

You must all be aware that Apple has swore to take all Google things from their iOS devices and store.. I was really surprised to see this launched..

Google Maps is now replaced by Apple Maps and Google Search by Yelp..

Enjoy Chrome... ;)

It's pretty much crap... slower than shit and a pain to use.

Comments from a tech site..

Google just launched Chrome for iOS and it’s now available in the App Store. Don’t get too excited, though. While it’s a nice enough browser, it’s hobbled by Apple’s rules for third-part developers and doesn’t feature Google’s fast JavaScript rendering engine. Instead, as Google confirmed to us earlier today, it uses Apple’s relatively slow UIWebView to render web pages and that sadly means the browsing experience on iOS isn’t exactly optimal. As expected, the browser feels a bit sluggish on iOS, something that obviously can’t be said about Chrome on any other platform.

I had Firefox on my Galaxy SII LTE and it was fast but did not seem right.. Also the phone would always ask me which Browser to open with which was a pain.. Firefox was nice as it has the ADBlock plus and other features you get on the Laptop as well as the ability to carry over bookmarks and such from my Phone to the Tablet and back all in Sync.. I may give it another look in a bit..
