Feel like crap this morning. Think I caught a cold from the Amish kids that were working for me over the weekend. Working outside in the cold the past few days did not help either. Now we have a warm day followed by rain again.

Today, I am doing quite well, actually. I have been battling a slipped disc in my back for well over a month now, but it seems to be behaving itself for the moment. Armed with some new exercises to help build core strength, I'm hoping to nip this back problem in the bud before it gets too bad.

Pretty good so far, its still pretty early though. Despite it getting hotter in the day its been a whole lot cooler in the mornings and at night, quite refreshing weather.

I am feeling tired. I sleep too late and wake up early for work. I think i need to change that but i don't like to sleep early. Could drink coffee but that stops me from sleeping. Oh well.. perhaps i will look for a sugar rush later on

I am not feeling very well unfortunately I have fever and a migraine. I have been sick for almost a week and all I can do is sit in front of my laptop. It is also cold outside because winter is on the way and that makes me even more sadder and I don't feel like doing anything useful

I'm feeling great, the sun is shining over the mountain tops covered with a little bit of white snow, the perfume of fall is phenomenal and people started going to work. Good morning world! :thumbup
