Female King Parrot...she was so tame. No zoom on this one (obviously...phone camera) I got closer....took another shot, but It was a blur.

Thanks Janie...the road up Dorrigo mountain is scary but beautiful...your ears pop on the drive up....once you reach the plateau the temp drops about 6 degrees.

Was hoping it would snow this weekend but no such luck...just frost.

The area I live in is the closest that the mountains get to the sea all along the east coast of Oz.

So..you get the best of both worlds. :thumbup and if a massive tidal wave is predicted or the poles shift....its not far to high land

My eldest daughter has one. She loves photography, but no way will she lend it to me.

Maybe one day. I'm still a happy snapper for now.
