Glad they're working on the serious issues facing the nation...

Think about it. Fixing the economy and climate is HARD. Bitching about college football is easy. Add that to the fact that they found a billion dollar industry they hadn't messed with, and it's the perfect storm. The appearance of doing something, while interfering with a government-virgin industry. Easy decision for Congress.

I would appreciate it if you'd spell Longhorns with a capital 'L'
My grandparents were from Alabama and I have much respect for the Crimson Tide.
I would have preffered UT to defeat the Gators in the National Championship game but as fate would have it we must face your team.
I desperately want the Horns to win but if they do not it certainly won't hurt as bad as if it were the Gators.

There are so many things should should be addressed before college football but I must admit it warms my heart to think maybe, just maybe, a college playoff system may come out of this.
