what brands do you use? what is something you can't do without? what is somehting you hardly ever use?

I mostly use MAC, Stilla, Smashbox, bare escentuals and Urban Decay...kind of a mix between all of those, I don't really stick to one brand. I used to use covergirl and maybelline but for some reason it doesn't seem to last as long...i hate having to reapply makeup all day.

I cannot do without my foundation powder, or eyeshadow.

I NEVER wear lipstick. I like the way I look better with understated lips, the most I will put on is an opaque gloss that is tinted in whatever shade I happen to be using.

Most my Make-up is Covergirl, my eyeshadows, mascara and eyeliner are almost all CG also, lipstick and nail polish I vary the brands on all the time. But most my lipsticks still end up being CG

Everyday I use the loose powder on my face....couldnt go w/o that. And cant go w/o mascara either.

i used to use clinique, but their color pallets just bore me. I like bright and crazy colors for eyeshadows and stuff....and i like them to be highly pigmented, or in a loose powder so that i can use them as liner also if i want to.

mary kay is good. i LOVE their home microderm abrasion kit..it's AMAZING and makes your skin feel like silk for 4-5 days after you use it. have any of yall ever tried it? Too bad the thing is $100! lol : / i wont buy it

Iv never Tried Mac, I tried the Maybalin (sp) mascara but it always made my eyes burn.

My favs are mac and a new brand called t.h.c. They are made by the same company. I feel that I really don't have to apply makeup on all the time with those brands. I have a maybelline foundation and I HATE IT.

The 2 things i probably couldn't go without is the foundation and mascara.

he hates when i wear lipstick, whenever he goes to kiss me he yells at me and then won't kiss me b/c he doesn't want to wear my lipstick...maybe he doesn't like the shade? I dunno...haha

i looooove mac stuff-- its frggin expensive but its worth it
daily i only use some eyeshadow, liiiiiiittle but of mascara- sometimes and lip gloss
i dont wear foundation or powder of anything of the sort--- it just dries out my face and i was blessed (knock on wood) with clear skin

covergirl or mabelline---i just ordered some avon stuff i think i will be good. i don't really wear alot of makeup...but mascara is a must. i'm hooked on chapstick because i have a habit of licking my lips so my lips get chapped alot.

My husband is the same way! Sometimes he'll tell me he doesnt want to kiss me b/c he doesnt like the way it tastes or b/c he doesnt want to get it on him. Such a goofball!

some of that stuff tastes pretty bad. I had a gf back in high school and every time I would kiss her I got the most awfull taste in my mouth. it was her lipstick and the taste just wouldnt go away

the more noticeable your makeup is, the more it distracts from you. you dont want that now do ya? you want to enhance what ya got, not distract.:tongue:

I want to put the record straight...

I love the way my wife looks with lipstick on. She almost never wears any, so when we go out or get dressed up and she puts some on, it looks really good. I just don't like kissing her right after she puts it on, before we go out, since it will mess it all up.
