How do you get over sinning when you have pathetic weak moments even though you spend the rest of your time not to sin?

Forgiveness is a powerful teaching from Jesus. So for me to be in relationship with Christ, forgiveness is a huge part of my spiritual walk.

I open my heart in prayer and immerse myself in the freeing power of God's love. When I do so, it makes it so much easier to forgive myself and others for things both real and perceived.

Meditating on prayerful forgiveness gives me peace of mind and heart. It helps me to go about my day seeing good in everyone, including myself. It also helps me to reach out to friends and family with much more love and understanding.

I consciously try to start each day with forgiveness. It helps the rest of my day go smoothly by enabling me to accomplish my tasks with more ease. I also try to remember to end my days with forgiveness. This helps me find complete rest by being at total peace within myself. This also helps me to awake refreshed and ready to greet another day.

"Bear with one another and, if anyone has a complaint against another, forgive each other." - Colossians 3:13

Don't forget to include yourself. Lay the guilt down at the cross. Continue to seek His strength and you will receive it.

first step toward redemption is feeling guilty, which should almost make the person start feeling better, enough to change at least, it would be another story if the person sins and feels nothing, then there is a problem
