Getting Irritated...

I ordered a t-shirt from a local Maine company online. My DJ friend is being sponsored by them. I've seen his promo clothing. I figured it was safe to order from the site. The designs are all top notch. I order the t-shirt the 2nd and I emailed them for confirmation and haven't heard back. It shouldn't take a week to come from 2 hours away. It's not a big company, their output can't be that ridiculous.


I better see it in the mail today or I'll be emailing them again.

You never know about companies. I have ordered from large companies and received my shipping confirmation 2 or 3 hours after the product delivered at my home. I have ordered items on-line with promised delivery in 10 working days and waited 4 or 5 weeks. Maybe they strapped your order on a tortoise the day they received your order.

I've had prompter response and delivery from Ebayers.

Smaller companies are sometimes far less efficient. If you ordered a shirt on Wednesday last week I would not get to irritated until after Thursday's deliveries this week. Depending on the time of your order it might not have even been pulled until Thursday.

...it could be a three person operation and they don't have the luxury of time to answer silly things like customer inquiries.

I think we pretty must get the gist of it here. I'm not patient, either...but I don't sweat the small stuff.

And this reminds me that I need to check on something...I keep forgetting that I haven't gotten the 2 challenge coins I ordered. They were supposed to be brought to me at work May of last year. :24:
