I am a kleenex miner. I get a tissue and twist the end into a nice spear and poke it up in there real good and deep and then twist it around a few times, It always works and the dried nasty ones come out.
Now I have a bulb syringe for getting snot out of the babies nose. And one time when I had a wicked cold I used that sucker on my own nose. (Had to buy a new one for the baby because I felt I had contaminated it beyond cleansing with my wretched snot.)
Anyway, those bulb syringes can be bought for just a dollar and I highly recommend having one around for your own schnaze. I was amazed at how well it worked!
