how do you fix errors on a web page? like snapvine wont play for me for some reason now and i have an error?

how do you fix errors on a web page? like snapvine wont play for me for some reason now and i have an error?

Well do a back track. remember what mistakes or changes you made and when it happened. You remove the code that caused the prob and re add to know for sure that's what's causing it. Then you try to figure out what part of the code is the problem. This actually means you will sort of need to get familiar with html rather than skipping along happily getting away with using gui controls all the time.

clear your cache in whatever browser you are using.

If this doesnt work, can you post what the error is your having? Sometimes a reboot may be in order... or simply reinstalling the drivers / codecs that are needed to access a particular file type will work.

basically in non-it term, it means go back to before there were problems with your webpage code. were there pieces of code you added that caused the problem? remove it. and fix the code before adding.

but that's assuming you are talking about designing a page but if you are just visiting a page that's not working for you then yeah just like Alien Allen says clear your cache.
