Brian Harnois, who appeared on the SyFy Channel's hit paranormal series "Ghost Hunters" and "Ghost Hunters International," has apparently gone missing after an alleged suicide note was posted on his personal Facebook page on Sunday.
Psychic Chip Coffey, who also appeared on the paranormal investigation series with Harnois, posted via both Twitter and Facebook, stating, "Brian Harnois, formerly of TV's Ghost Hunters and Ghost Hunters International, left an apparent suicide note here on Facebook and is currently missing. Please join me in praying that Brian is found safe and receives the help that he needs."
Apparently Harnois, who turned 36 just three days ago, posted a note on his Facebook page titled "Goodbye" to his wife and children before going missing. His family, friends and fans have taken to social media in an attempt to locate him.
Since there has been no confirmation of the contents of the note or that any harm has come to Harnois, it's possible that a hoax is at play; however, until full information on the facts of the case are brought to light, anyone with information about the whereabouts of Harnois are urged to contact the Warwick, Rhode Island Police Department at (401) 468-4200.
