Fluid On The Knee

Yeah, I know, go to the doctors but I really dont feel like the pain of driving there. It looks like I have two kneecaps and it hurts like a Catholic on a witch. I was moving furniture for 12 hours yesterday, up and down a load of stairs and its brought it on. Any suggestions?
