Flames...WhOoP!!!

My son bought me a flame insturment panel for my Silverado for Fathers day and we finally installed it today. I suck at taking night shots. It looks WAY cooler in person, then these pics show, but you get the idea. Anyone else have a cool instrument panel? Let's see'um. :rock

Looks sweet Booze! I want some of those white face gauges, or the really cool glowing ones, but I'm afraid the install will be impossible because of the needles.

That's what we thought, but it came with a needle removal tool. All you do is drive your car so it's warmed up, then park it in the driveway and let it idle for a minute. Then draw on paper where the guages are so after your done, you can put them back the same way. We thought it would be harder, but it was a snap.

i like the flame gauge clusters. pretty sic. im going to look for some after i do the paint work on my Splash. gonna paint it same color yellow and have green and purple flames. i want my truck to look somewhat like this one:

what happened to that Silverado, Booze? it looks pretty badass. also, what kinda suspension setup where you running on it?

Nice truck. But your right, I think purple and green flames would look better.

By the way, I sold that 2k Silverado to start my lifted Z71 project. The lowered truck was pretty sweet, C notched, firestone bag, 4 link susp......basically, alot of work and alot of fun. It had a 5.3 V8 with a Magna Charger. The guy I sold it to dumped another 10k into it with more audio/video and a dump truck bed. He shows it at every truck show in Cali that I go to. He put a huge price tag on it.
