Everyone wants fitness and we can't get it without some struggle and effort. I have some great ideas for you people to get fitness.
Do exercise daily
Do running,jogging and yoga everyday
Drink maximum water as you can drink
Avoid fast food and eat less quantity food
Eat fruits and vegetables
Drink green tea and coffee.

Good ideas for the fitness.
Exercise and sports activities are more important to improve the fitness level but we can't ignore the importance of the diet plan to develop a good fitness level. Replace all your junk and fast foods with organic and raw foods if you want a good fitness level.
