First time ever...

I just got stung by a bee :mad First time in my entire life, never been stung by a bee or wasp before. It slightly hurts just a little bit.
I was outside washing the car minding my own business when one flew up the sleeve on my sweatshirt and stung me on the wrist.
I took a benadryl and have some tobacco on my wrist right now. Things got a little hot and blurry for a few minutes after it happened, my face was flushed. This isnt easy typing this out with 1 hand

ouch that sucks.. at least you got this long without and didnt have a reaction

Sorry you got stung, that's never fun. I remember being stung several times when I was a kid.

If you dampen the tobacco and put it where you was stung, it sucks the poison out and it quits hurting. It doesn't swell or itch either.

Ive heard that meat tenderizer works as well

Yep! thats what my mom used to use for us, I was trying to think of what she did.

Ouch Amy! That has only happened to me once and I had no idea there was anything good for that. It was right on the side of my thumb. I went to move my hair and didn't know there was wasp or bee (didn't see which one it was) in my hair.

It got me as I moved my hair!

Trouble was, I was in lodgings. My landlady had children and needed someone to pick up her daughter from junior school. I offered to get her. What I didn't realize, was that I was at the wrong bloody school. I didn't know as I wasn't sure of the schools around there as hadn't any children then - anyway, had I not got the wrong school, wouldn't have got stung! Lol

Never been stung since. Mind you, don't smoke, so that'd be no help to me if I do get stung again.

Bee stings are a lot worse than wasps but hardly ever sting. I hate wasps, they get drunk on fermenting apples and pears then just randomly sting you for no reason!

When I was a kid, I stepped in a wasp's nest that was in a bunch of weeds and brush out in the woods. Three of them got me in the ankle area before I could get away. It hurt and swelled up and itched. Took a few days to feel better too. I couldn't wear a shoe.

Remember throwing rocks at a hornets nest.Never ran so fast in my life when they swarmed after us.Got stung a few times on the head as we ran away.

That sux! Better you than me though! I get stung and my throat closes up and we have to soar to the hospital before I suffocate! LOL Good times!
