funny thing about this house i never knew until my dad was renevating and replacing windows on the porch, they built an enclosed porch around what was at one time an outdoor porch. he had the the walls ripped away and u could see the old porch columns still in the wall.

It finally started to cool down here. Unfortunately, though, it never gets cold enough to warrant a fire. The house we rented a couple years ago had a gas fireplace, but we only use it like once, and it was for a short period of time for the ambiance before it got too warm and we had to shut it off..lol


I can't wait to move from here and go somewhere with seasons instead of "hot" and "not quite as hot"
