Are you struggling with either smoking or drinking. The truth is that you can fight and win this with sobriety. You just have to stop and be sober about it. How can one stop an addiction

Responding to the bolded sentence. Perhaps a small handful of people can do this but overcoming addiction is a lot more complicated than just deciding not to do it anymore. That's like telling a depressed person to just be happy.

I'm glad that I am not addicted to anything. To stop addiction, one needs a strong will, self discipline and determination. Encouragement and support by family and friends also helps a lot.

One can fight bad addiction and truly win. The key to winning against bad addiction is determination. It is always difficult. But when you push to shift focus from the addictive behaviour, you would make headway and eventually win.

I don't have an addiction, thankfully. While I understand how challenging it can be for those who do, it's something I haven't struggled with personally. I’ve been fortunate enough to stay clear of those kinds of issues.

I don't have addiction. When I was in college, I used to drink and smoke but I was not addicted,I just used them when I was in parties. I have not touched any kind of substance, alcohol and tobacco for ages.
