Sooo...my two months of slacking have caused me to gain a little weight. :ninja My goal for the month is 11 workouts, or 330 minutes.

1 - 30 minutes
2 - rest
3 - 30 minutes
4 - rest
5 - rest

Total so far: 60 minutes

6 - 30 minutes
7 - rest
8 - 30 minutes
9 - rest
10 - 30 minutes
11 - rest
12 - rest

Total so far: 150 minutes :D

4 - Rest Day.

6 - Rest Day.
7 - 60 minutes at the gym.
8 - 60 minutes DanceFit Class
9 - 70 minutes at the gym
10 - Rest Day.
11 - 70 minutes at the gym

12 -
Rest Day.
13 - Rest Day.
14 - Rest Day.
15 - 60 minutes DanceFit Class + 70 minutes at the gym
16 - Rest Day.
17 - 120 minutes bowling
18 - 70 minutes at the gym

19 -
Rest Day. (Damn, I've been lazy lately)
20 - 70 minutes at the gym
21 - 35 minutes at the gym
22 -
65 minutes DanceFit Class
23 -
75 minutes at the gym
24 -
70 minutes at the gym
25 - 70 minutes at the gym

26 - Rest Day.
27 - 70 minutes at the gym
28 - 60 minutes DanceFit Class + 60 minutes playing X-box Kinect

I'm all over the map, but it'll be good to track:

1 - 30 mins on treadmiill and 30 mins walking around camp
2 - 30 mins walking around camp + 100 jumping jacks (to wake up!)
3 - 30 mins walking around camp
4 - 30 mins walking
5 - 30 mins walking
6 - 30 mins walking
7 - travel day
8 - rest day
9 - drunk day
10 - hungover day
11 - 20 mins on treadmill
12 - rest
13 - 30 mins walking with Sam
14 - 30 mins walking with Sam
15 - 30 mins walking with Sam
16 - rest day
17 - rest day
18 - rest day
19 - rest day
20 - travel day - 17 hour trip, who knows how many mins walking airports
21 - 30 mins walking around camp
22 - 40 mins walking around camp
23 - 30 mins on treadmill
24 - 30 mins walking
25 - 30 mins walking around camp - 35 mins cardio @ gym (yes, already, even @ 6:30 a.m., ugh)
26 - 40 mins walk
