Sharing meals strengthens family connections, but schedules often prevent it. How does your family prioritize meals together? What small traditions or practices make family meals more meaningful in your experience?

Due to out buys schedule, we cannot have lunch together, but in the evening we always eat together and we talk while eating. Normally we spend one hour on the dinning table every evening.

We prioritize family meals on weekends, adding small traditions like gratitude sharing and storytelling, making every moment more meaningful.

Eating meals together has always been a way of strengthening bonds in families. I grew up in a family that ate dinner together as a tradition in the family. Growing up, if one person is absent, the meal will never be as enjoyable as everyone would have been available. Everyone always have a role to play, either to serve, to pray or to pack the plates. We bond as a family when we share the least thing as meals together.
