It's probably mom's fault. I still see parents do that. Get kids same outfits. Unless they are twins, it's just wrong. Wrong. If I had kids I would help them be individuals and learn to be themselves.

Reason why it's a fail:

Mother looks scary, father looks like he's got down syndrome, their heads look like they are just sitting right atop kids' heads. Little boy is jerkin his meat, kids are dressed alike, those sweaters look horrid, mom's dressed like a mormon, and that's actually kelvin on the left.

even if they are twins they aren't the same person.. they are individuals.. and should dress as such.. imo..
