I follow a mix of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises. I enjoy swimming, walking, and occasional HIIT sessions for cardio, while incorporating weight lifting for strength. Stretching and yoga help me stay flexible and reduce stress.

i do more of moderate activities like brisk walking, cycling, swimming, and dancing and it has been helpful. They can be incorporated into daily routines.

Walking is the best exercise. It helps you physically, mentally, as well as emotionally fit. if you want to lose weight, walk brisk, if you want overall fitness, walk lazily.
