I stay consistent by setting clear goals, tracking progress, and mixing workouts to keep things fun. Accountability from friends or apps and reminding myself of benefits helps me push through lazy days. Routine and small rewards make motivation last.

What do you need motivation for a regular exercise. There are a lot of benefits of exercise and these benefits should itself motivate you to exercise regularly. One main cause why people do not exercise is they are lazy.
