If I'm working for the U.S Government in Central/South America and I'm dumb enough to want to get laid by a local, even if they aren't prostitutes, I think I wouldn't be dumb enough to argue a bill with the woman in question. It seems that people who have been in the enforcement or security field develop some sort of complex, after a while, that has them believing that the stunts they pull won't be found out or, if they are, no repercussions.
