The home is where the heart of woman remains. This is where she nurtures, cares, and provides for her family. But the impact of women at home goes beyond these traditional roles. Women have the power to shape the values, behaviors, and attitudes of their families, and their influence can have a lasting impact on future generations.

The truth is that women's work to their families isn't just limited to domestic chores and childcare. Such thoughts are outdated stereotype that blurs the profound impact women have on their families.

Reality of this, is that Women's influence at home is multifaceted, and has the power to shape the course of future generations. Women achieve this by modeling values such as empathy, kindness, and honesty etc

Women are all round caregivers, managing almost all the daily needs of their families like taking important decisions on almost all areas like on their children's education healthcare, finances and even maintenance. Their roles are ongoing as it is not only shapes the immediate needs of the family but also has a lasting impact on the values and behaviors of future generations...

Unfortunately, women's work at home is often undervalued and invisible. But I have chosen to celebrate all their victories and successes today. It is a kudos to all women all over the world for unleashing the power within to create a lasting impact on their families and communities.

In conclusion, I celebrate the women race for being a driving forces for social change, you all are appreciated for advocating for policies and practices. Thank you for a job well done for promoting equality, justice, and human rights for this generation and generations to come.

It is very true that women's work at home is usually undervalued. A lot of people tend to believe that the work women do at home is not a real work. This has to do with cultural notion
