I do not tend to make resolutions because I find they are worthless especially if I don't plan to follow through and like most I think I'd find myself folding after a week into the New Year but I do need to get back on track and be more diligent with what I am eating, how many times a day I eat and so on so I can lose more weight. I find myself skipping meals a lot which is not good. I also need to cut back on my weekend clubbing, maybe tone it down to a Saturday night thing instead of both Friday & Saturday. It saves me money and saves me unneeded calorie intake from beer consumption. I've made these types of threads before; just another moment of self reflection. The girl I've been seeing mentioned me going to the gym with her so I'll see where that goes. I;m not 100% on where I stand with her shes a nice person but some things parallel my ex and maybe haven't surfaced yet because I have not spent a lot of time with her... (I also went on another date yesterday... )
