Emotions and feelings

The movie Equilibrium got me thinking, but don't necessarily agree with that concept

Would you want to live in a fascist society, say if we could, where emotions and feelings were banned?

For me, I wouldn't want to, because that is what makes us human

If it were possible to ban emotions and feelings then I would not know how to feel about the question or this thread, for I would be an empty shell. That is just me though.

Absolutely not. But if that is what happened, I doubt we would have any objection to it. Kind of like that book "the giver." They didn't know their world was gray because they had never experienced color.
