How do you all feel about this? I think 'cause he has coached a Arena football team, seen his dad coach all his life, etc., he might be good. But I am a die hard Elway fan and might be having that taint my viewpoint. Traditionally it hasn't worked but..........

Diehard Elway fan here. I think it's great for the organization. He has, arguably, done more for them than anyone else associated with the organization so I'm sure he will deliver in a loyal way.
